Welcome to the website of KMC, The Healthy Church (“KMC”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. About This Website
This website shares information about the life and ministry of KMC, including our beliefs, services, ministries, campuses, events, teachings and ways to connect and give. The content is provided for general information and spiritual encouragement. It is not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial or other advice.
3. Using the Website
You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, misleading or offensive;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or its data;

- impersonate KMC, its leaders or its members, or misrepresent your connection with the church.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website, including the KMC name and logo, text, photographs, videos, graphics and design, belongs to KMC, The Healthy Church or is used with permission. You are welcome to view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not alter it and you credit KMC, The Healthy Church. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. Teachings, Podcasts & Media
Teachings, podcast episodes and videos are shared to build faith and to help people grow in the Word. Some media is hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube and Spotify, and your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. Please share our messages using the official links, and do not re-upload, edit or sell our media without permission.
6. Your Submissions
When you send us a message, prayer request, registration or other information, you agree that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. If you share a testimony with us, we will only publish it with your permission. We handle all submissions in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Giving & Donations
Online giving is currently being set up and funds are not yet being received through the website. When giving channels are available, please give only through the official details published by KMC. To prevent misuse or illegal activity, donations are not refundable, and suspicious contributions will be reported to the proper authorities. KMC never requests donations by private message; official giving messages come only from give@kmcthehealthychurch.org.
8. Events & Registrations
Event information, including dates, venues, programmes, packages and prices, is provided in good faith and may change. Where changes are made, we will do our best to communicate them clearly. Registering for an event, such as Protos Camp, may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of registration.
9. Third-Party Links
The website contains links to and content from third-party websites and services, including social media platforms. These are provided for your convenience. KMC does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.
10. Disclaimer
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of any kind. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMC, its leaders, staff and volunteers will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any content on it.
